Which affiliate network do you use?

Awin. It publishes its pricing, has a Shopify app and supports server-to-server tracking.

What does Awin cost?

Awin publishes its own pricing. Its Access plan is £99 plus VAT a month plus 3.5% per transaction, and Accelerate starts at £199 plus VAT a month plus 2.5%. Partner commission is on top and set by you. Our management fee is separate.

Will affiliates just give away discount codes?

Only if you let them. We control which partners get codes, track code use by partner and stop paying on codes that leak to voucher sites without permission.

Do you manage TikTok Shop affiliates too?

Yes. TikTok Shop creators are paid on commission, so we run them with the same margin rules as your network programme.

How do you stop us paying for sales we would have made anyway?

By setting lower commission for existing customers and brand-led partners, controlling vouchers, and validating every month’s sales before they are approved.

How do you report on it?

Revenue net of commission, network fees and returns, by partner and by partner type, in the weekly trading report.
