Marketplace Expansion

Boots, Cult Beauty, TikTok Shop

EU Amazon Territories

service image

When Amazon UK is dialled in, the next move is a second channel. We've worked across Boots, Cult Beauty, LookFantastic, TikTok Shop, John Lewis, and EU Amazon marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL). Setup, integration, channel terms, ongoing trading, and all the compliance work — EU Responsible Person, EPR, GPSR, packaging registrations.

06.

Analytics & Trading Data

P&L by Channel & SKU

Weekly Trading Reports

service image

Most brands at this size are flying blind below the channel-revenue line. We build the contribution margin view by SKU, channel and pack size — plus the trading dashboards your team needs to actually steer the business. Settlement reconciliation, attribution modelling, weekly reports. Built once, run weekly.

07.

UK Launch

For US & EU Brands

8–12 Week Setup

service image

We launch US and EU brands into the UK and EU Amazon marketplaces and DTC. Entity support, UK Responsible Person, EPR and packaging registrations, 3PL selection, Seller Central setup, Shopify UK build or localisation, retention programme migration. Done in 8–12 weeks, not 8–12 months.

Honest answers.

Questions

Who's actually working on my account?

A senior operator with hands-on experience running the channels you're hiring us for. Not an account manager, not a junior. Furnace is deliberately structured so the person you meet in the pitch is the person doing the work.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Most clients start on a monthly retainer covering one to three channels, with a three-month initial term and rolling monthly after that. Weekly trading reports, fortnightly review calls, and same-day responses on anything urgent during UK business hours. Most clients see material changes inside the first 30 days.

How big do we need to be to work with you?

Our best fit is brands doing £3–20m in annual revenue with an in-house team in place. Below that, a freelancer or fractional engagement is often the better shape. Above £20m, you may need a larger team — though we work with bigger brands on specific channels.

Are you exclusive to one client per category?

For most categories, no. We do offer category exclusivity where it's needed. We're currently locked out of eyelash and eyebrow growth/conditioning serums, and hair serums, foams and treatment products — and we're transparent about it upfront.

How fast can we start?

Discovery call this week, scope confirmed within 7 days, contracted and started within two weeks of scope sign-off. Most engagements kick off within three weeks of the first conversation.

Can we do project work or do we have to commit to a retainer?

Both. Retainer is best for ongoing channel ownership. Project work suits defined pieces — listing rebuilds, UK Amazon launches, retention programme setups, Shopify migrations. We'll be straight with you about which fits.

Do you actually do the work, or do you outsource it?

We do the work. No offshore listing teams, no white-labelled retention agencies behind us. Where we use specialist tooling or partners — DSP seat access, EU Responsible Person services, compliance vendors — we're transparent about it.

Which platforms and tools do you work with?

Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central (UK, EU, US). Shopify. Klaviyo, Attentive and other major ESPs. Meta, Google and TikTok ad platforms. Triple Whale and similar analytics layers. We're tool-agnostic — we'll work with what you have if it's the right tool, and tell you when it isn't.

Can you run paid media alongside Amazon and Shopify?

Yes, and we'd prefer to. Paid social, paid search and Amazon increasingly bleed into each other — running them with separate agencies creates conflicting attribution and overlapping targeting. Where it makes sense, we run them as one performance function.

Do you handle Amazon in the US or just the UK?

UK and EU as standard. We can extend to Amazon US, Canada and Australia for existing UK clients. We don't currently take US-only clients — there are better-fit agencies based in-market.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your channels (Seller Central, Shopify admin, ESP, ad accounts, analytics), brand assets and guidelines, current product data and pricing, and a named point of contact who can give us decisions and feedback. We share a kick-off checklist after contracting.

How much of our team's time will this take?

Less than people expect, more than nothing. We need approvals and information at the start, then 30–45 minutes every fortnight on a review call plus async feedback. Most clients say the time investment drops materially after month one.

Who owns the work you create?

You do. All deliverables transfer to you on payment — listings, creatives, copy, dashboards, strategy documents. We retain rights to our internal tools and frameworks, as is standard for any agency.

What if it's not working?

30-day rolling notice after the first three months. We're built to earn the next month every month, not to lock you in. Most issues come down to scope misalignment that's fixable in a week of honest conversation.

Why are you better than the bigger agency we've shortlisted?

Probably not, for everything. They have more people and broader specialism. What we offer instead is senior operator time on your account, faster decisions, and less politics. If you want a 200-page strategy deck and a quarterly steering committee, we're the wrong call. If you want someone running your channels like an in-house Head of E-commerce, we're the right one.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and we'd be sceptical of anyone who does. We can guarantee how we work — weekly numbers, transparent reporting, senior operator on the account, fast execution. The results come from doing that consistently. Past client performance is the best signal you'll get, and we'll share it openly.

How We Work

Three engagement models, depending on where you are.

01.

Retainer

Embedded month-to-month on your channels. Weekly trading, weekly numbers, fortnightly reviews. Most clients start here.

02.

Project

A defined piece of work with a start and an end. Amazon listing rebuilds, retention programme launches, UK marketplace setup, Shopify migrations.

03.

Fractional / Advisory

Senior e-commerce leadership for brands that aren't ready for a full hire. Strategy with hands still on the keyboard.

Who We Work With

Operators, not consultants.

We work with founder-led DTC and consumer brands typically doing £3–20m in annual revenue, with an in-house team in place but feeling the strain on channel execution.

The brands we do our best work with share three things: they want operators not strategists, they've outgrown freelance support, and they're not interested in being managed by a 24-year-old account manager at a network agency.
