Which marketplaces do you cover?
Everything beyond Amazon: Zalando, About You, Otto, Debenhams, John Lewis, The Iconic and Decathlon among others, across the UK and Europe.
Can you onboard us to a new partner?
Yes, end to end. Commercial terms, integration, catalogue setup and go-live.
Do you handle wholesale and concession as well as marketplace?
Yes. We manage major UK department store and wholesale accounts alongside pure marketplace partners.
How do you decide which partners are worth it?
On contribution after commission, funding and returns. Plenty of partners look strong on revenue and lose money once the deductions land.
Do you manage integration and stock feeds?
Yes. Feeds, stock accuracy, fulfilment and returns, because partners suspend accounts over operational failures far more often than marketing ones.
Can you trade each partner differently?
That is the point. Assortment, pricing and promotions are set per partner, because what works on Zalando does not work on John Lewis.
