Do you build new Shopify stores, or only manage existing ones?
Both. We build and replatform on Shopify Plus, and we also take over existing stores and trade them week to week.
Can you migrate us to Shopify Plus without losing traffic?
Yes. Replatforming is where most brands quietly lose rankings, so URL mapping, redirects and template structure are planned before anything gets built.
Do you handle subscription?
Yes, built and run on Recharge. That includes a premium beauty programme on an item retailing above £150, where churn management matters more than acquisition.
Will you run our email and SMS as well?
Yes. We build lifecycle flows from scratch on Klaviyo, including SMS, and run the campaign calendar against the trading plan rather than a content calendar.
How do you approach conversion rate optimisation?
By fixing the leaks before buying more traffic. Product page structure, checkout friction and page speed, tested rather than guessed.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Often. We can own the store end to end, or take the parts an in-house team does not have the capacity to cover.
