Questions
What is GPSR, and does it apply to us?
The General Product Safety Regulation applies to anything sold into the EU or Northern Ireland. It requires a responsible person based in the EU, specific labelling, and technical documentation held on file.
Do we need EPR registration?
Almost certainly, and per country rather than once. Packaging and, where relevant, WEEE, with separate registrations and reporting in each market you sell into.
Can you handle VAT registration?
Yes. Registration, filing and customs treatment set up so pricing and landed cost are right before launch, rather than corrected afterwards.
Our products are in a regulated category. Can you help?
Usually. We have worked across textiles, beauty and eyewear, each of which carries its own labelling, notification or testing requirements.
Can you get us compliant after we have already launched?
Yes, and it is common. It costs more than doing it in the right order, but it is recoverable.
Do you arrange distribution as well?
Yes. Distribution is built around the compliance position rather than retrofitted once stock is already sitting in the wrong country.
