How does the distribution model work?
We buy your stock at an agreed wholesale price and sell it in the UK and EU as your official distributor. We carry the inventory and run the channels.
Who is distribution for?
Brands outside the UK and EU that want a presence in both markets without setting up an entity, a warehouse or a local team of their own.
Do we keep control of our brand?
Yes. We work to your brand guidelines, positioning and pricing. Having one official distributor is what keeps pricing consistent across channels.
Which channels do you sell through?
Amazon UK and EU, European marketplaces such as Zalando and Otto, DTC where it makes sense, and UK and European retail and wholesale accounts.
Who handles import and compliance?
We do. As distributor we act as importer of record and take on UK and EU responsible person obligations, EPR registrations and category labelling.
Should we use distribution or your services?
If you want to own the stock and the channels, our services model fits better. Distribution suits brands that want the market handled end to end. We will tell you honestly which suits you.
